Important note: The JOLT off-peak rate starts at 23:30 and ends at 07:30. You will be charged the rate from your charging START time. e.g. If your charging session starts before 07.30 (off-peak) but finishes after 07.30 (peak) you will still only be charged the off peak rate of 33p for the entire charging session. The free 7 kWh daily allowance is available once every 24 hours and can only be accessed through the JOLT app. Contactless payments do not include the free daily energy allowance.

FAQs

There are two main ways to start your charge:

1. From the JOLT app:

  • Plug the correct plug into your car
  • Scan the QR code on the station or select your charging station on the map
  • Select your plug type (CCS 2 or CHAdeMO)

2. Contactless payment:

  • Plug the correct plug into your car
  • Tap on the contactless payment terminal to authorize payment

Issues?

Try following these steps:

  • Disconnect the connector from the vehicle wait 20 seconds
    • Ensure your vehicle is in parking
  • Force close your app and reopen
  • Start the charge
  • Plug the connector into your vehicle
