There are two main ways to start your charge:

1. From the JOLT app:

• Plug the correct plug into your car
• Scan the QR code on the station or select your charging station on the map
• Select your plug type (CCS 2 or CHAdeMO)

2. Contactless payment:

• Plug the correct plug into your car
• Tap on the contactless payment terminal to authorize payment

Try following these steps:

• Disconnect the connector from the vehicle wait 20 seconds
  • Ensure your vehicle is in parking
• Force close your app and reopen
• Start the charge
• Plug the connector into your vehicle

2. Create your account

3. Verify your email. If you can’t find the email – please check your junk mailbox and double check spelling!

4. Set up your payment details

5. Subscribe to your free daily 7kWh

In order to access our free daily 7kWh, you must be a JOLT user

Download the JOLT app from your iOS app or Google Play store.

You are not eligible for the daily free 7kWh through contactless payment.
