Douglas will lead the Wellington and national sales operations, while Webb will focus on Auckland and Christchurch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Douglas<\/strong> is an experienced business development leader, with expertise in media, strategy and revenue growth. He joins JOLT from news media company, Stuff, where he was the National Business Director, overseeing the OMG and Dentsu media agencies, and government and education accounts.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to this, Douglas spent more than a decade at Viacom in the UK as an International Account Director, managing international clients, media agencies and government departments, along with identifying new tourism clients for event-based marketing partnerships. During his time at Viacom, he also undertook a five-month secondment to the New York team, acting as Vice President for International Marketing Partnerships developing customised sales solutions for key international accounts based in the US. He has also worked in senior account roles at Television New Zealand, Fairfax and nzoom.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m thrilled to be joining JOLT at such a pivotal time in the business,\u201d Douglas said. \u201cJOLT\u2019s data-led approach is transforming out-of-home media, empowering brands to connect with the right audience, in the right place, at the right time. I\u2019m looking forward to collaborating with our partners to create smarter, more impactful campaigns that deliver real results.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Webb<\/strong> brings nearly 20 years\u2019 sales experience to JOLT across both agency and client side. He comes to JOLT from Sport Nation and the Sports Entertainment Network, where he was the Senior Commercial Manager. Prior to this, he spent nearly a decade at Val Morgan as Group Sales Manager, following roles as a Senior Account Manager at oOh!media and as a media consultant at Fairfax.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI am excited to be part of JOLT\u2019s mission to spark change, bringing brands and audiences together with unique first-party data and insights,\u201d he said. \u201cJOLT\u2019s market-leading combination of free EV charging and digital out-of-home advertising delivers real value to both communities and advertisers \u2013 and with the increasing expansion of both its advertising partnerships and charging network across New Zealand, it\u2019s a proposition with real momentum.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commenting on the appointments, JOLT New Zealand Country Manager, <strong>Chris Monaghan<\/strong>, said: \u201cBringing Steve and Matt on-board is a major milestone for JOLT New Zealand.
