Digital street furniture network JOLT has significantly bolstered its national sales team, with the appointment of two new Group Sales Managers in Sydney.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
John Chapman<\/strong> and Emily Changizi<\/strong> join JOLT\u2019s expanding Sydney team as Group Sales Managers, reporting to National Sales Director, Tim Debenham.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Under their new remits, Chapman and Changizi will lead the growth of JOLT\u2019s agency and direct client partnerships across its Australian digital street furniture network, bringing extensive experience in out-of-home, commercial growth and client partnerships to the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The appointments further strengthen JOLT\u2019s commercial team as the business continues to expand its national network and build on its offering to advertisers and agency partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Chapman<\/strong> comes to JOLT with more than seven years\u2019 experience across out-of-home and digital advertising in both Australia and the UK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n He began his career as a Media Executive at OMD Sydney, working across Sony Pictures and Apple\u2019s brand portfolio, before joining JCDecaux as an Account Manager, looking after the PHD and Hearts and Sciences accounts. During his time at JCDecaux, he delivered Australia\u2019s first electric vehicle airport activation – a media-first campaign for Audi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In 2023, he relocated to London, joining Global Media as an Airport and International Manager. He was promoted to Senior Airports Manager, where he managed two of the business\u2019 largest client portfolios, while also securing long-term partnerships with EasyJet and Jet2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n At JOLT, Chapman combines his passion for digital out-of-home with his extensive expertise in the automotive category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Changizi <\/strong>is an award-winning business development manager, with more than 12 years\u2019 marketing and advertising experience in Sydney.<\/p>\n\n\n\n She joins JOLT from REA Group, where she spent five years as Senior Account Partner, leading multi-million dollar agency partnerships across major holding groups and independent agencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Changizi has also held senior roles at Multi Channel Network and Big Mobile, and has been recognised as an FY24 All Stars Award winner, a two-time B&T 30 Under 30 finalist, a graduate of the IMAA\u2019s Female Leaders of Tomorrow programme, and holds a Woman in Leadership qualification from the University of Sydney.<\/p>\n\n\n\n JOLT National Sales Director, Tim Debenham<\/strong>, said: \u201cJohn and Emily bring a wealth of strategic account leadership, strong agency relationships and a deep understanding of commercial growth to JOLT, making them fantastic additions to our growing sales team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cAs JOLT continues to scale its national network, we\u2019re focused on building a team that can unlock the full potential of our unique digital street furniture offering for advertisers and agencies.
