He will report to JOLT Australia Country Manager, <strong>Stuart Moffat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Debenham joined JOLT in 2022 as Victorian Sales Director, following several years in senior media sales roles at News Corp.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since his initial appointment, Debenham has been instrumental in building out how JOLT harnesses data and measurement to uplift client outcomes. He has also built JOLT&#8217;s Victorian client portfolio, establishing partnerships and bringing deep category expertise, particularly in automotive and energy, which is one of JOLT\u2019s highest advertiser growth verticals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Debenham\u2019s new role reflects JOLT\u2019s ongoing commercial growth across Australia, and its commitment to bringing significant experience and resources to its national sales operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Stuart Moffat <\/strong>said: \u201cTim is a leader in every sense of the word. He knows JOLT inside and out, he understands what great work looks like, and he has the patience and craft to see it through.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cHe has a track record for being meticulous and dedicated to his partnerships &#8211; he\u2019s been known to work with clients for the better part of a year to get a campaign <em>exactly<\/em> right.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWhat he\u2019s built in Victoria speaks for itself &#8211; its sales team is now one of the strongest in the business and it\u2019s a direct reflection of how Tim leads; it\u2019s exactly why we\u2019ve created this role for him.
